Hole Patterns: Staggered and straight aligned holes are the most common patterns.

Hole Pattern Options for Round Perforated Metal The holes are set at 60°, staggered. 

This kind disposition is the most common, since it combines high rigidity of the sheet with a pretty good ratio of

 empty on full. This is therefore considered the standard position and, apart from different agreements, this is 

the perforation normally performed.  

Disposition at 45°, staggered.

The holes are set at 45°, This kind of perforation is seldom required. Therefore the manufactures are seldom 

equipped with tools for this kind of perforation.  

Disposition at 90°, straight aligned.

(2) End Pattern for Round Perforated Metal:

The holes are set on parallel rows. This disposition is often required for exhibition parrots, shop furnishing and 

sometimes as decoration (radio-devices front or similar), it is anyway a common disposition.
