Product information:

Jacketed reactor is mainly composed of stirring container(including tanks and jacket), stirring device, tranmission device, shaft seal device, supporter, manhole, connector pipe and so on some accessories. Mixing equipment is compose of stirrer and stirring shaft, its stirring forms is usually up to process design, such as anchor, pulp, worm gear, push type and frame type. Transmission device is setted up for driving stirring device, mainly consist of motor, reducer, coupling and transmission shaft,etc. Jacketed reactor design and produce for opening hole quantity, specification or other requirements according to customer\'s requirements. 

Product Features:

Conduction oil circulation heating reactor conduct conduction oil circulation heat transfer or cooling through by coil pipe in jacket. 

Coiled tube type: using coiled tube transfer conduction oil to reach heating or cooling, according to the position of coiled tube in tank, which is divided into inner disc tube-type jacketed reactor and external disc tube jacketed reactor.

Internal disc tube-type: fast conduction heat speed, but the tank body wall is easy for scaling and difficult for cleaning. 

External disc tube-type: heat conduction speed is slower than the internal disc tube-type jacketed reactor, but jacketed reactor body wall is easy for cleaning, so using this much more. 

Also can according to process requirements conduct design, manufacture and process.
