Product Features

Applications
It applies to electrical appliances, instruments and telecom devices at a rated voltage up to 450/750 volts.
The main features of the flame retardant PVC cable or wire are hard to get fire or that the continuous burning of cables is limited when it is on fire. It applies to the places with special demands for flame retardant property. Flame retardant cable is classified as Class A, Class B and Class C. Among the 3 classes, Class A is the best.
Fire-resistance cable can operate normally for some time when it is burning, apart from that it can transmit electrical power under normal condition. It is used in the places with special demands for fire resistance property. Fire resistance cable has two classes like A and B. Clients can select one as their practical needs.
The main characteristic is low smoke and halogen. Flame retardant cables are low smoke emission and low release of HCL gas besides the property of flame retardant. It can be used in the places with special demands for the density of smoke emission and the release value of HCL gas when the cable gets burning.

Main features of cables (wires)
1 Rated voltage U0/U is 450/750 volt, 300/500volt or 300/300 volt.
2 Permissible continuous operating temperature of cables are:
——for type of cable RV-105 and BV-105, less than 105°C.
——for the others, less than 70°C.
3 Ambient temperature should be not less than 0°C, and permissible bending radius of cables for fixed connecting should be as follows during installation:
——for O.D. less than 25mm, equal to or greater 4 times O.D.
——for O.D. more than 25mm, equal to or greater 6 times O.D.
4 Flame retardant cables should pass the test of bunched cables or wires under fire conditions which are described in the standards of GB1266.5-90 or IEC332-3.

5 Fire resistance cables should pass the test of fire resistance stipulated in the standards of GB1266.6-90 or IEC331.
6 Low smoke, low halogen, flame retardant cables should pass the test of flame retardant described in GB12666.5-90 or IEC 332-3. Furthermore, its optic-penetrated rate shall be not less than 35 percent, while the release value of HCL gas not larger than 100mg/g.
