Instead of the traditional way of cook by fire, it heats food by faradic current, and the heat from the stove itself. Work principle: electromagnetism stove adopts magnetic field faradic current (also named eddy current) to heat. There is electron circuitry board which produces high frequency current, then the current through the helical magnetic inductorium to build a high frequency alternating magnetic field. When the pot with iron element put on the crystallite glass surface, the pot will cut alternating magnetic line and the metal parts in bottom of the pot will produce alternating current (that is eddy current), and eddy current will make the iron molecule active irregularly and collide, scrape, then produce heat energy to speedy heating by themselves, so convert electric energy into heat energy.

Characteristics:

High efficient and energy-saving: The heating principle of traditional stoves, such as petroleum gas stove, galvanothermy stove, electric fry stove and electric boiler, is heating the food in the pot by burn the bottom of the container. In this way, some heat energy is used to consume the air, and thermal efficiency is between 45%-70%. The electromagnetism stove heats up by the pot itself, crystallite glass and hearth will not absorb any heat, so the waste of heat energy cut down to the lowest point, for all of that, the thermal efficiency will more that 90%, and speedy and energy-saving.
