1) The meter test system can measure mechanical meter, electronic mechanical meters and electronic meter by ways of automatic, semi-automatic or manual operation.
Simultaneously measure meters with same specifications but different meter constants. Meters under testing: 3P4W, 3P3W, 1P2W. Automatic positioning rotor mark of disc of mechanical meter, with more efficiency. Testing mode: active power, reactive power, cross connected reactive power. Neutral current test (optional). Starting test and creeping test. Installing the ICT in each meter position to test three-phase meters with closed links between the current and voltage measuring circuits(I-P links)(optional). With the protection function of overload, short voltage circuit and open current circuit. Aluminum alloy material, light and strong and corrosion resistant. The swing together of the scanning heads simplifies the control. The testing software with friendly Windows 2000 /XP /7 /8 /10 operation system, includes functional module of all kinds of modern energy meter needed, to Reality Error Test, Harmonic Test, Max Demand test, Influence Test etc,.
