Computers control the entire process and manage the production. The system is controlled by PLC and workers use the touch screen to operate it. So it’s very easy and safe to operate the system. The system is fully-automatic and need less labors and the products have high qualified rate. Advanced machinery allocation and transmission system make the machine more stable. There is a pre-heating air at the top of the machine. There is an auto mold washing and edge washing system.
