Surface test:

            Spread colours on the surface and count spots in 25mm²

            ≤25 spots of Gr 0 and Gr 1 Surface Plate

            ≤20 spots of Gr 2 Surface Plate

            ≤12 spots of Gr 3 Surface Plate

Precision: Generally as per JB/T7974-99.Flatness accuracy as per Gr0 ,Gr1,Gr2,Gr3 and of JB/T7974-99

Material:Our foundation cast iron surface plate is Made from closed grained cast iron of HT 200-300 .

        Hardness between 170-240 BHN

Spercification: 200mm×200mm-2000mm×4000mm(we can produce and process  these products according to the customers’ drawings or requirements)
