Introduction

Mix Bed(MB) is to put a certain proportion of anion, cation exchange resin mixed with the same exchange device,mixing them evenly before it running.The treated water produced through mixed bed after H+ and
OH+ immediately generate very low degree of dissociation of water;the ion exchange reaction is very thorough, and the water quality is very high.Because the ratio of yin and Yang resin, so that Yin Yang resin in the mixed bed resigned. Generally, Yang, Yin resin fill ratio of the mixed bed and get in vitro regeneration type mixed bed.Synchronous regenerative mixed bed in the process of operation and the regeneration were carried out in the mixed bed.At the same time the regeneration of the resin continuously outside the device, and the positive and negative resin .Therefore, the required auxiliary equipment are small in quantities, and easy to operate. It has the following advantages:
(1)Effluent water quality is good; the water pH value is close to neutral.
(2)Stable water quality of effluent, short time operating conditions (such as water quality or composition,operation flow, etc.) has little effect on the water quality of the mixed bed
(3)The effect of the intermittent operation on the water quality of the effluent is small; and the water quality of the effluent is short.
