AAC slab/AAC panel:

AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) slab

There are a large number of pores, or air voids in AAC slab/AAC panel. These voids help produce the cellular structure of the AAC. They are also why AAC panels can have light weight, good thermal and acoustic insulation, and noise absorption properties, in addition to high refractory and bearing capacity. Therefore, the AAC panel can be widely used to construct framework, block work, and other concrete brick structure. The air concrete production process might differ slightly between individual production plants, but the principles are similar. General stages involved in the production process include raw material preparation, rebar fabrication, reinforcing mesh assembly, material batching and mixing, pouring concrete (strengthened with the reinforcing mesh), letting the concrete cure, concrete cutting, autoclaving, packaging, and concrete panel repair and patching

Main equipment for AAC panel

1. Material-milling Equipment:

a. Crusher: Lime, gypsum, and such kind of bulk material need to be crushed as the first step in AAC     Plant.   

b. Ball mill: The AAC material must be fully grinded in order to make better reaction. Ball Mill is used widely, it has two types: dry and wet, can be chosen upon requirement.

2. Material Metering Equipment: Computer Control Automatic Metering System is commonly used as measurement of raw materials.

3. Reinforcing bars mesh frame assembly equipment: welding machine,reinforcing bars straighten machine,anti-corrosion machine,drying box.

4. Material mixing and casting equipment: Mixer, it’s the slurry mixing machine, also is slurry casting machine.

5. Cutting Machine: the AAC blank is formed after casting and pre-curing, as the size is too large, it must be cut to achieve the required product size.

 6. Autoclave: Autoclave is a device for silicate hydration products to get physical and mechanical properties
