Scope of application:

This pig is used for innersurface rust and paraffin of the pipeline.

Main function of the brushpig:

1 It can clear away thecorrosive substances in the pipeline such as the standing water, light oil,methane hydrate, iron oxide, carbide dust, carbon disulphide and hydrousulfuricacid; reduce the corrosion harm of the corrosive substances to the inner wall. Thepipe alignment is defined again to detect whether the pipeline is out of shape.The availability rate of the valves along the line is checked. The operatingback-pressure is reduced.

2 This brush pig can clearaway the pour-point oil, paraffin precipitation and scaling. So the goal ofreducing oil transportation back-pressure, decreasing the friction and reducingthe temperature of oil transportation is achieved.

3 It can clear up thepipelines with polymerism material. Due to different mediums of pipetransmission are separated, single pipe can transmit various products.

4 It clears away the sundriesand the free rust.

5 This brush pig can inspectthe construction quality and that whether the pipe is out of shape. Dischargethe gas before the test of water pressure and discharge water before theproduction.

6 Clear up the incrustationand the sediment.
