The design of the launcher & receiversaddle is according to the combined loading of the tube weight, water fillingweight and the maximum weight of the pipeline cleaning pig. The launcher useeccentric bottom flat reducers, while the concentric reducer for the receiver.
We install the anti-collision device on theQuick Opening Closure (patent no. : 03210870.2) of the receivers to avoid thedamage of the plate or the pipeline cleaning pig from hitting when cleaning.Inner surface of the launcher & receiver should keep smooth, without anybump to block the passing of the pipeline cleaning pig. Also, the maximum sizeof bump in the joints must less than 0.3 mm.
1. Design:
We use eccentric low sloper , wheel type ,clamp andlocking ring fast-opening blind structure. Inside the launcher, to adjust thepig in reach best position and to resist the pig launcher, prevent fast-openingblind pig when they open the residual stress in the pipe under the action ofreturn, avoid pig launcher in backwardness of pressure not to go out.
