Principle:
CNJY - L series NaClO generator is a new type of NaClO solution for field production equipment , suitable for all kinds of needs NaClO disinfected venues. Its working principle is:
the main role of sodium hypochlorite disinfection is through its form hypochlorous acid hydrolysis, hypochlorous acid further break down to form new ecological oxygen [O] , new ecological oxygen strong oxidizing substances such as bacteria and virus on the protein denaturation, which kill pathogenic microbes .
Second, hypochlorous acid in the process of sterilizatio n, kill the virus, not only can be applied to the cell, the virus shell, and for small hypochlorous acid molecules , without charge, also can penetrate the bacteria (virus) in the body, and bacteria (virus) protein , nucleic acid and enzyme oxidizing reaction of organic polymer, so as to kill the pathogenic microorganisms .
Again , hypochlorite produced chlorine ion can significantly change the bacteria and virus, the osmotic pressure of the body, make the loss of activity and cell death

B,Saturated brine filter :Including stainless steel two precision filter ,primary filtering accuracy 50um, secondary filtration precision 5um, use PP filter , the filter can be easily replaced, ensure clean brine ;
C, Dilute brine tank :The saturated brine and production water has been diluted with 2.5 % weak brine water , for the power solutions
D, Sodium hypochlorite generator host machine :Including electrolytic cell , electrolysis power , intelligent control center PLC , the control element, man-machine interface , PC communication module, the operator panel, the host stand, electric valves, electrical power distribution system
