This PU Sandwich panel machine is an automatic production line. In the PU sandwich panel producing procedure, the product line can continuously produce sandwich panel with PU as its core material. The liquid state raw materials were continuously injected into the middle of three formed panels and reacting,foaming, solidifying in the double-rubber ,the PU sandwich panel could be cut out automatically according to the required length for users.
This PU panel line consists of 10 tons automatic de-coiler with loading car,chain   driven transmission, roll former, PU forming machine, PU panel conveyor, non-stop cutting device, electric controlling system.

Equipment shown here is used for continuously making sandwich panels with the facing layer (s) of color steel or galvanized sheet and the core material of polyurethane. Whole equipment is divided into PU insulation part and Facing sheet profiling part.This line for roof and wall panel made of three kinds of material, in other words, sandwich panel including a Steel / Aluminium sheet + PU resin foam + Steel sheet, or Steel / Aluminium sheet + PU resin form + PVC SheetThis line is easy to operate, high productivity, and reasonable price. Suitable for making roof wall color coated pu insulated sandwich panels and cool room insulated panels.Whole line adopt PLC program control, with the communication module and inverter synchronization, highly automatically. Main machine adopt touch screen, simple operation. Productin line from uncoiler, roll forming, pu foaming, solidifying, automatically cutting, runout table ( opetional: auto stacker, auto packing ) to realize the auotmatically production process.Whole line make up of Auto decoilers, roll forming machines, Flat pre-cutting devices, Transporting Conveyors, Steel plate pre-heating, Pressing machine, Tracking cutting, PLC control system, PU foaming machine, Hydraulic system and Pneumatic system etc.
