Product features:

Patent design, is very suitable for normal knitting and spandex fabrics, for example: cotton with  lycra, polyester with lycra, nylon with lycra, etc. Overflow and jet flow system for selection. Suitable for knitting fabric from 50~600g/m² Complex guiding tube: decrease fabric tension and avoid crease mark. Short cloth-storage tank, medium length, low liquor ratio, easy operation. The height of machine is low, low tension, low shrinkage, easy to achieve requied final fabric weight. The tuber body uses A-class stainless steel, from Europe or Japan, SU316/316l, high resistant to corrosion. The tube body and heat exchangers have high strength and are high pressure-resistant. Machine body fully sand blasted.

Machine body and major parts wetted by dyeing liquid are made of highly corrosion resistant stainless steel. Florin pipe spread in the cloth store groove. High-efficient stainless steel centrifugal pump, frequency soft setup control for the main pump. Transducer control and motor drive for the lift roll. Dual-flow adjustable nozzle. Pneumatic control heating and cool valve with temperature control function. Built-in sprinkle cleaning equipment. Pressure increase and decrease system for the machine body. High-efficient tuber type heat exchanger. Pneumatic valve of water entry, drain and overflow cleaning. Level indicator is equipped with level sensor. Color bucket is equipped with level sensor. Material feeding pump, valve, and stirring function fit with color bucket. Fabric outlet roll and full stainless steel working stand. Stand by filter sift. Equipped with fully-automatic main controlling electrical cabinet and controllers.
