Applications:

The water filling manufacturing line is mainly used in the non-gas drink filling operation, like pure water, mineral water.

Specification:

1. This line equipment is used for filling non-gas beverage such as pure water, mineral water, made of SUS304 stainless steel.

2. It includes three functions of bottle washing, filling, capping, which are composed in one body of this machine.

3. The bottle entrance section adopt air conveyor system.

4. The bottle exit section adopts belt conveyor system, which can adjust the speed.

5. The advanced programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine to run automatically while a transducer is used in the bottle -entering chains to adjust speeds and coordinated with the transducer of the main machine to make the operations of moving bottle forward steadily and reliably.

6. This machine is of high quality, the key spare parts are imported from OMRON, Mitsubishi, etc.
