Main parts feature :

1. Screw barrel : adopt the new steel NO.3 GH113(same with the American GDA material),which able to bear the          high temperature and corrosion .

2. Main extruder crosshead : adopt the new steel material NO.3 GH113 special-purpose auto crosshead and adjusting crosshead .

3. Heating system : heat resisting copper alloy heater .

4. Quality control : provides outer diameter detection feed back device to control product outside diameter and                                                                                                    concentricity .                  

5. Electrical control : inverter with touch screen .
