Descriptions : 

Structure and material: 
(a) Shaft: Bright drawn steel to required bearing tolerance

(b) Shaft end: Both ends of tube are simultaneously machined and chamfered

(c) Bearing: Single and double row deep groove ball bearing 2RZ and 2Z with C3 clearance

(d) Seals: Grease retaining inner seal with multi-stage labyrinth and retention cap with outboard rubbing flinger seal

(e) Lubrication: Grease is lithium soap type grease with rust inhibitors

(f) Welding: Mixed gas shielded arc welding end

(g) Our roller saves on repair and maintenance costs of the conveyor belt due to the concentric design which decreases vibration
 

Notices :

1. before use,the amount of oil in the cylinder diameter of 2/5 is appropriate; check motor wiring is correct (without oil for injection: drum factory).
2. cylinder  shall be no-load start.
3. drum work of the first 300 hours after (lubricant brands: oil cooled N46, oil immersed type N32 steam turbine oil, can also use the load industrial gear oil, the N150 equivalent of SAE90 automobile gear oil, lubricating effect of this oil on the gear is better),  after every a and maintenance and repair 5000 hours oil.
4. regularly  check the oil level, seal adjust or replace oil seal according to the oil seal spring.
5. electric drum should be installed in electric circuit overload protection device matching, phase deficient operation, avoid the circuit fault of motor burned, causing the loss of.
6. electric drum working environment temperature -10 to 40 degrees Celsius, the material temperature less than 60 degrees Celsius, the altitude of not more than 1000 meters, if the work environment is beyond the scope of the above, please contact the factory to solve.

1. The use of ambient temperature of -15 ℃ ~ 40 ℃ 
2.  No more than 1000 meters above sea level. 
3. The temperature transportation of materials does not exceed 60 ℃
