Room Body System

1)      Wall panel: Rockwool panel, 50mm thick, tongue & groove style, compound construction, aluminum-alloy frame, anti-flame and heat-insulation. Roof panel: galvanized steel, roof use powdered steel plate cover.

2)      Basement: Galvanized steel sheet and square steel pipe assembling, Full grid, Full Ramps made of embossed plate. Height: 330mm, 900mm width three ramps;

3)      Front Door: 3 folded glass door, toughened glass.

Heating system:

   Italy Riello RG5S diesel burner, heating capacity 260000Kcal/h, Switzerland original pneumatic damper motor can automatically achieve from spraying to baking cycle. SUS304 stainless steel heat exchanger, argon arc welding. Max temp: 80℃, heating time: 6-8min(20-60℃), fuel consumption: 6-8kg/vehicle.

Specially design of the heating recovery system for energy the second time used, effectively save energy. The efficiency of recovery is 30%.
