Temporary tattoo sticker works this way
1. Clean and dry the skin completely.
2. Cut out the design of choice and remove clear sheet.
3. Apply tattoo firmly face down, adhesive side to skin.
4. Rub and wet the tattoo thoroughly with a damp cloth or a sponge for 30 seconds.
5. Lift corner to see if tattoo is releasing and lift backing paper away and smooth down the corner of the tattoo. If not, re-wet and press down again.
6. Allow the tattoo to dry. Your tattoo can last for several days.

For the use other than body, it needs to be baked in kiln in different temperatures ( for different material targets) to make it completely dry and put the coating on the surface to avoid the scratch and make it look vivid.
