It is a new type combustion technology with energy conservation and environmental protection, which realizes process of heat exchanger between gas and air through reversing arrangement. Heat Conservation Packing is key part of thermal storage and widely used in mill furnace, ladle roaster, soaking furnace and cracking furnace from steel, machinery, petrochemical industry etc. With saving fuel above 40%; rising the output more than 15%, reducing billet oxidize burning over 40%, discharging Nox less than 100 ppm, exhausting gas temperature is lower than 150 cent degree and decreasing greatly exhaust gases. Thermal storage ball adopts A2O3, Kaolin, mixture aggregate and mullite as a material. Following HG/T3683.1-2000 standard to production, it uses rolling and machine molding, and is typical of highly-strength, good thermal shock, easily cleaning and long using.
