Return policy

Our company has been in formal dress industry for more than 10 years in China. It is just because of the reliable quality and exquisite workmanship of our products that we can exist so long and become even stronger.  

If the dresses do not fit you. We are glad to help you exchange the dress, but you are responsible for the return shipping charges and need to pay $20 for handling fees.

Customize

If you want to cutomize a dress to your own measurements, the price will be higher by around 50 USD and the processing time will be longer by around 15 days.  

Besides, we can not make sure we can custom-make all the styles due to the following reasons: 

1. The sample is sold.

2. The color you required is not available for the material of the style.

3. We cannot source the material of the style from the market again.
