Dust Cleaner is a small dust cleaner, it is made based on the domestle and foreign advanced technology and further design optimlzation. It adopts the advanced online impulse air blast technology, has the features of thorough cleaning, low running resistance and high-quality accessories, That make sure the dust effects, full automatic control, operational efficiency and easy maintenance.

Work principle
Dust collector is mainly composed of housing, the housing, hopper, into the wind all flow tube, support filter bag and injection device, discharging device composition. Dust gas from the dust in the wind all flow tube into the chamber body ash bucket, using the ash bucket flow guide device, large particles of dust was separated, direct fall into ash bucket, and a fine dust evenly into the middle box and adsorption in the filter bag appearance face, clean gas through filter bag into the box, the offline valve and exhaust duct into the atmosphere.

Along with filtration condition, the filter bag dust is more and more, when the equipment resistance to a limited amount of resistance value (general set for 1500 PA), soot cleaning control device according to differential pressure setting value or soot cleaning time setting value automatically shut off one room offline valve, set according to program open electronic pulse valve, stop the wind blowing, the use of compressed air instant injection make filter bag pressure increase together, will be on the filter bag dust to shake off (even if viscosity fine dust also can be thoroughly clear grey) to ash bucket, the ash discharge mechanism discharge.
