It tastes bitter andsalty.

Applications:

Potassium Sulfate is mainly used as smoke suppressorfor bomb in military industry. It is a chemical fertilizer applied inagriculture and a constituent of potassium salt. It is also used as aintermediate in dyeing, a clarifying agent in glass industry, arelease inhibitor in medicine , an accessory ingredient in aromatics industryand all-purpose additives in food industry. It is also used in biochemicalinspection of serum protein.
