Auto calibrating function: start by holding the TEST button after setting up the standard calibrating board. Then each falling place of the grinding wheel will be calibrated automatically. Results will be saved automatically after turning off the machine, so it is not necessary to press other buttons. The operation is easy to be understood and learned. Calibrate lens size automatically: this edger is fixed with auto calibrating system. An initial zero calibration starts in the mean time of the firing of edger, ensuring the consistence of the right and left lens and enhancing the accuracy of lens processing.

1.The head pressure is adjusted with three shelves, protecting lens and axle from shifting. 2. Automatic lens clamping system adopt three shelves'pressure that will not do harm to the lenses. 3.The 17MM small clips can accurately process small lenses below 20MM. It is deposed with standard four grinding wheel (resin coarse grinding wheel, glass coarse grinding wheel, v-shaped flat grinding wheel and resin flat polishing wheel).
