Q: How do I install the treadmill?

 A: all products whole main frame and body have been installed in the factory , after receive the goods your side only need to tighten the screws according to the instruct

ions for simple installation s. Girls can also be easily installed it!

 Q: what need to pay attention to while tighten the screws?

 A: It is recommended to install all the screws into the screw holes first, then individually tightened. If one of the them get screwed too tight, it may result to other screws n

ot easily go in then cause the installation failed.

Q: display panel problem

A: check whether the power is plugged in and powered on, or the power switch is turned on or not, if still panel not display, please contact the telephone service on the 

warranty card.

Q: treadmill creak

 A: check to see if all screws are well tighten or one of them got loose, or check the running board fixing screws got loose or not then adjust the running board then noise

 problem should be well solved.

Q: running with abnormal sound

 A: Check whether the running belt get deviated, in case of any deviation then adjusted in accordance with the instructions. 

Q:treadmill stop after 3 seconds time while the motor is running, but running belt stop

 A: check the small belt on the motor is off or not, or run belt loose to much , re-tighten the bolts to solve the problem.
