GD-4508F Asphalt Ductility Tester
Purpose:
The instrument is designed and made as per the National Standard GB/T 4508 “Test Methods for Ductility of Petroleum Asphalt”, and T0605 “Asphalt Ductility Test” in the Industry Standard JTJ052 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering. It is suitable to determine the length of petroleum asphalt when it is dragged to broken at certain speed under stipulated condition and temperature. It is indicated by cm.
Technical characteristics
1. It integrates achievements of domestic and overseas design concepts on ductility tester. It is advanced and delicate.
2. There is no thread rod, guide rail and other device in the test trough, so it is convenient to install test sample.
3. Equipped with newly designed driving parts, it is stable and synchronous without shake during dragging procedure. The dragging speed is uniform and the ductility is accurate.
4. It can make determination for 3 pieces of sample at the same time.
5. It adopts digital temperature controller, high precision sensor and magnetic circulation pump, so the bath can be adequately circulated and the controlling temperature is precise.
6. The test sample holder can return back automatically. It will take about 10 min to return back for 2.5 meter distance.
7. Equipped with a computer communication port, it can communicate with a computer conveniently.
