Technology:
1) The digital circuit design on the basis of raster oriented FPGA and embedded technology can accurately receive the image data from PC computer and realize high speed and high precision printing
2) Adopting vacuum lower mounting table, printing materials are fixed. Longitudinal printing resolution is much higher than continuous feeding structure and can realize print on 40mm thick heavyweight sheet
3) Uses negative pressure ink supply method under closed loop control, and ensures the stability of ink supply
4) Applies photoelectric detect technology to accurately detect the position of the media to be printed; realizes the control on initial anchor point and guarantees the repetitious printing precision
5) Adopts printing head positive pressure ink spray technology to maintain the state of printing head condition at any time
6) Uses UV curable ink, fast drying right after printing and with high printing firmness
Protection shield:
UV light is harmful to people's skin and eyes; the protection shield of the machine can effectively prevent UV light and can eliminate the ozone created during cure.
Cost control:
We independently design and produce small UV lights including shutter and temperature control system, which can meet the requirements for curing. Meanwhile, we recommend imported UV curable facility for high level customers.
