Round-pond tilted-plate thickener (XBNY)

Yantai Xinhairound-pond tilted-plate thickener is equipped with the central driving mud scraper. Several tilted-plates are installed in pond, which is especially suitable for maximizing equipment, reducing equipment height and multiply improving the processing capacity. The materials are discharged mandatorily with the rake structure.

Principle:

Firstly, mineral liquid is mixed uniformly and then carried into thickener. Secondly, by the action of cohesive and gravitational force, the majority of overflows are overflowed through the overflow groove. The minority of overflows form small cyclone inside the settling area and subsequently are compressed in the compressive area. As a result, granules are compressed by gravity and then fall down, while clear liquid moves upward. Finally, concentrations are discharged from the lower underflow tube.

The machine can be redesigned to accommodate for customers’ demands according to customers’ everyday processing capacity and various parameters.
