This 3G mobile wireless access control system work by 3G mobile signal and no need internet cables, it is convenient for the installation of outside working stations. 

All the access points can be controlled by control center via 3G network, and only control center needs 1 IP address, it could be fixed IP address, or a dynamic domain name resolution, each access points no need IP address respectively, so this will save lots of communication cost when system becomes to large scale.
