1.) Purchase material, including synthetic leather, rubber bladder, thread, ink etc.

2.) Cut the leather into pieces according to soccer ball design, make sure them adjusting to correct size and shape.

3.) Assembly all the pieces on printing production line, use silk screen to print out the pattern as customer’s design.

4.) Use sewing machine to stitch the panels. 

5.) After finishing machine stitching, put the bladder into the leather shell.

6.) Examing the air leakage is very important. Inflate the ball to standard pressure, stay 12~36 hours, if found air leakage then pick out the unqualified soccer ball

7.) Lastly deflate all qualified soccer balls, put each one into polybag, then into standard export carton to be delivered.

2) Hand Stitched ball is very strong and durable to kick.

3) Machine stitched soccer ball is medium and low quality, each piece of the panel are stitched by sewing machine, just sewn by hand in the end.

4) It is using slim thread, with small needle hole, from the outer surface can see the sewing thread.
