Application:

Analyzed by processing methods, we can process the following Board models :

CNC plastic Board materials:

ABS, acrylic, PP, PC, POM, nylon,   wood, etc;

CNC metal Board material:

aluminum, aluminum-magnesium alloy, aluminum-zinc alloy, copper, steel,iron, etc;

Laser rapid prototyping:

SLA, SLS, FDM, 3D printing ;SLA, SLS, FDM, 3D printing ;

Rapid moulding:

rapid metal tooling, silicone molds, low pressure pouring mould;

Hand carved produced materials:

include clay, foam, plaster, and so on.

Features:

prototype: CNC machining, materials for ABS ,PC or PMMA sheet.

Mould: epoxy resin mold or ABS mold. 

Injection:RIM,the material is PU resin AXSON 875/900 - RIM, HD - RIM4210/1100 

Post-processing: painting

Inspection: tooling fixture, three coordinate measuring.
