Heat insulation sandwich panel production line is the equipment toproduce upper and lower layer of aluminum foil, non-woven, cement mortar, paperand other soft layer, and middle layer of PU foam plastic. The sandwich panelis 20-80mm thick, 1200mm wide, unrestricted long. The PU is transmitted in acertain proportion measured by metering pump of filling machine to mixing head,the lower material of sandwich panel is casted by mixed PU, together with uppermaterial,  transmitted to laminationconveyer, foamed and solidified in chain board of lamination conveyor. Thefinished sandwich panel may be edge cut in production line and shaped differentproducts after automatic cutting machine.
