Adjustable Semi-diameter Arced Formwork, which can be used for any curved wall with the semi-diameter
longer than 1.10m. Traditionally, the formwork is produced in accordance with the designed semi-diameter,
which is one-off use, causing much material wasting. All the defects of the traditional formworks are overcome
after we developed the Adjustable semi-diameter arced formwork. Also, we lease the formwork out to the contractors
to save their cost, which proves good effect.
Adjustable acted Formwork\'s panel is 18mm Plywood,because the panel specification is 2440×1220 mm,so the formwork
max width is 2440mmUpright rib is combination steel frame ,the panel and the steel frame is connected by bolt ;
Horizontal rib is short Double-side V-iron , there are adjustable connectors between V-iron.Upright side-rit is angle steel .

Assembly procedure
1. Assemble timber beam and timber connector.
2. Assemble plywood and edge rib.
3. Assemble adjustable system.
4. Assemble connecting waling.
5. Adjust the formwork, make the formwork bent into designed radius.
6. Connect every module by adjustable steel clamp.
