Linear vibration screenis used widely in metallurgy, building material, chemical industry, fire proof, cement, ceramic, and grain and food industry, used to classify different levels of materials. It can be also applied in flowing line to achieve automatic operation.
Working Principle:
Linear vibration screenuses double vibrating motors to be power source, when two motors synchronous reversely rotate, exciter forces eccentric block generates are undone in parallel with the direction of motor axis and unite as one across the motor axis direction ,so its movement trajectory is linear .There is an angle of inclination two motor axis its relative to screen deck ,under the influence of exciter force and materials self weight ,materials self weight ,materials are threw up to make salutatory and linear movement forward on the screen deck in order to screen and grade the materials .Applied in flowing line to achieve automatically operation.

Installation and Adjustment
1. Motor should be fastened on the mounting surface which must be smooth and flat.
2. Adjust the vibration force. When the motor rotation direction doesn’t meet requirements, you can adjust the power phase sequence.
3. The machine is running early, which should be checked at least once a day to prevent loosening.
4. The machine running time add up 1500 hours, you should check the bearings, if there is a serious injury should be immediately replaced.
Daily maintenance:
1. Before running
(1) to check coarse mesh and fine mesh if there is a damage
(2) each group clamps is locking.
2. Running
(1)notice any abnormal noises
(2)electric current is stable
(3)whether the vibration is abnormal.
3. After running
(1)after used clean up the vibration every time
(2)to inspect regularly the coarse mesh , fine mesh and the spring if there are fatigue and damage
(3)whether each part of the vibrating body caused damage due to vibration.
(4)need to add the site to be the lubricating oil
