Gas Vent
USD $1.35 - $1.35 /Piece
Min.Order:1 Piece
In order to achieve its maximum moldingproductivity, simply using its ultra micro breathing cell to exhale gas and airfrom molds.
Key problems to be solved:
1. Burnt:
When aberration and burnt issues occurredfor resin filling faster than air exhaling, it would result gas ventoverheated.
2. Overflow:
There are 2possible conditions:
. When temperatureof resin gets higher at the tip seaming, it weakens its bonding strength.
. When temperatureof resin gets higher at the tip of seaming, it weakens its bonding strength.
. Air can fill upthe path and blocks resin to flow functionally which will cause ejectionpressure to rise and material to overflow.
3. No enough fillings:
4. Cell Streak:
If there are some cells, streaks andmottles occurred, it is caused by the tact that the cells have not beenvaporized completely between air and resin.
5. Extensive Cycling Time:
The higher temperature of resin, molds andslower speed of injection cause extensive cycling time, however, it will notaffect the quality of final products.
Energy, Time, and Cost Saver:
1. It will reducethe trial die, time and materials if users consider to use TX gas vent thebeginning of the design.
2. It will save upto 1/3 to 1/10 of the total cost and time if installing gas vent.
Installation: Installation:
1. Do nottouch the surface when gas vent is in use.
2. UseH7/S6 from JIS reference chart.
Gas Vent: GVCtype, GVS type, GVSY type, GSV type, G-BSV type, G-BHV type.
