The company introduced advanced technologies and design ideas from American CE and Japanese KONAN company, and combined the design ideas from space industry. The company succeeded in development and manufacture of the pneumatic actuator series products suitable for the actual conditions in China. These products are widely used in power plant project. Particularly, they can satisfy the need of reconstruction and supporting of various 125MW~1100MW power plants. They are mainly used for boiler combustor, boiler powder making system, coal grinder, flue gas baffle plate, desulfurizing system and steam machine bypass system in power plant.

Feature
1. The actuator can adopt a split structure, being able to adapt to harsh high temperature,
high corrosion, dust-rich and waterish on-site environment.
2. With the high-temperature linear displacement sensor produced by the company, it can
endure a temperature of 0~120℃.
3. Compared with the similar products in foreign countries, it can use the intelligent valve
positioner developed by the company independently and has the advantage of higher
performance-cost ratio.
4. It has more protection functions and the output contacts for the user to choose.
5. Speed-up relay can be provided upon the request of user to meet the speed conditions
of high-speed running.
Advanced technology
1. Intelligent valve positioner uses fast valve technology, accepts an analog electrical signal and
is characterized by rapid response, high sensitivity, a few mechanical components, and mature
technology. Microprocessor is used to form a closed loop control in PWM control mode, thus to
complete linear positioning and other intelligent control functions.
2. As the rapid switch valve has the advantages of simple structure and low manufacturing cost, it
has a good performance-cost ratio.
3. As the switch valve is used, it can accept the domestic air quality status in structure with a
relatively low air source level, which improves the reliability of intelligent valve positioner greatly.
4. Switch valve is used, so the static air consumption quantity is zero and the operation cost is low,
which is better than similar products at home and abroad, realizing a good energy saving effect.
