The introduction of setting machine
   1. Alias of setting machine:setting brick machine (robot), automatic setting machine, hydraulic setting machine.
   2. Automatic setting machine is mainly suitable for a code to automatically pack bricks that burned in the tunnel kiln. It will be picked up automatically by marshalling brick (wet billet, dry billet) square matrix, using clamp of brick by arbitrary rotation, wet billet, dry billet shelved in the corresponding position of formulation, flexible, fast and used in any type of kiln.
   3. The machine adopts advanced PLC centralized control.  Walking rotating adopts frequency conversion control, elevator, adopts hydraulic control, with high efficiency and energy saving, simple maintenance, low cost, reliable running etc. Automatic setting system represents the international most advanced level at present.

   Setting machine mainly has special strip cutting machine, cutting machine, point blank machine, clip machine, cutter, walking system, lift system, rotation system, hydraulic system and electrical system, etc.
