plain weave
The Plain Weave is the most commonly used and simplest wire cloth weave. Each warp wirepasses alternately over and under the wires running traversely through the cloth at 90 degree angles.
Twill weave
Twill Weaveis made with each weft wire passing alternately over two, and then under two successive warp wires and each warp wire passing alternately over two and under two successive weft wires. Twill weaveis possible to be used to allow a heavier than standard wire diameter.
Paper-making Mesh
Stainless steel wire mesh can be used for paper-making mesh, mainly for dehydration of paper-making. And it is also widely used for cultural paper, sanitary paper etc. Specific characteristics are as follows
1) Less mesh number, bigger mesh opening and better drain ability
2) Good corrosion and wear resistance
3) Anti-acid, alkali and high temperature
4) Smooth mesh surface, strong stretching resistance, good air permeability etc

1. mesh : numberof openings per linear inch measured from the center of one wire to a point oneinch distant.
2. wire : thethickness of the wire in millimeters
3.aperture : the distance between two adjacent parallelwires in millimeters
4. openarea (%) : the proportion of open space in section of screen expressed as apercentage.
5. rollwidth: roll width in meters. roll length: roll length in meters.
6. weight:weight in kilograms for one square meter.
