Characteristics of reverse twill dutch weave stainless steel wire mesh:
1)Same characteristics with reverse plain dutch weave,but this kind of woven mesh is light tight woven mesh.
2)Require high mechanical conditions.
3)High tensile strength and High pulse pressure resistance.
4)High flow rate,but level of precision is low.
 
Reverse plain dutch weave stainless steel wire mesh is widely used in precipitate filtration,vacuum filter and candle shaped filter.

Notes:

1. mesh  :  numberof openings per linear inch measured from the center of one wire to a point oneinch distant.

2. wire  :  thethickness of the wire in millimeters

3.aperture  :  the distance between two adjacent parallelwires in millimeters

4. openarea (%) : the proportion of open space in section of screen expressed as apercentage.

5. rollwidth: roll width in meters. roll length: roll length in meters.

6. weight:weight in kilograms for one square meter.
