Oil temperature controller

Two sets will be used for heating of the second section of PRE-150 planetary
roller extruder barrel, one set will be used for the temperature adjustment of
PRE-150 planetary roller extruder screw core, one set will be used for the
temperature adjustment of SJ-200 single screw extruder screw core;
