1.High fineness, flexible adjustment:The final fineness of calcium carbonate ulra fine grinding mill canbe adjusted between 325 meshes and 2500 mesh (47-5 micron), and the productfineness can reach D97≤5μm.

2.High Efficiency:Under the same finished final size and the same motor power, thecapacity of calcium carbonate ulra fine grinding mill is twice as much as jetmill, mixing grinder and ball mill, and energy consumption decreased 30%.

Working principle:

After crushed by hammer crusher, the largematerials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator, andthen evenly sent to the upper distribution plate of the turn plate by vibratingfeeder and sloping feeding pipe.

When the grinding mill is at work, the mainbearing and each dial are driven by electromotor through reducer, and all thegrinding rollers are rolling in the ring channels driving by dial throughplunger. The materials are driven to the edge of the turn plate by thecentrifugal force and fall down into the grinding chambers.

The high-pressure air blower constantlyinhales air, the airflow with crushed materials are brought to the classifierwhose high-speed impeller will screen the airflow: the unqualified particlesize will fall and return to the mill for being reground while the qualifiedparticle size mixed with air will go into the cyclone powder collector. Most ofthe qualified powders will fall and exit from the discharging valve at thebottom; a small proportion of the fine powders, with airflow, moves to the dustcleaner. The materials from the above two lots are sent by the conveyor to getfinished powders packed. In addition, filtered clean air will be emitted frommuffler in the end.
