The CO-8000S series standalone DVR are the 3rd generation digital surveillance product, utilizing cutting-edge H.264 DSP compression technology. They use a real-time OS and embedded MCU. This product has video input, video loop out, and without audio input. The CO-8000S series standalone DVR can work as a stand-alone system or be used to build powerful networks, which are widely used in banks, telecommunication, transportation, factories, warehouse, and other large-scale security applications that do not need audio input.
Note: this series standalone DVR is without HDD and CD-R/W by default.

CO-8000S series standalone DVR adopts a high performance embedded real-time multi-tasking operating system (RTOS) and an embedded MCU, to perfectly implement all the functions needed to build a surveillance system. Running all the software of a FLASH makes the system more steady and reliable.

Ø Each video channel can be compressed independently in 25F/S (PAL) or 30F/S (NTSC). Both variable bit-rate and variable frame rate are supported.
