Introduction of machine

The base frame of  Shelf roll forming machine is adopted to big gantry milling , make sure that have a effective and accuracy product .   The forming station is covered by the chrome-plated (other supplier’s paint) to resist the corrosion ,the firm thickness and the chrome-plated can guarantee the machine has a longer life!    When you adjustment the size , you just need to see the scale ,then will know it standard or not . It can save time and be convenient when adjust.    The Shelf roll forming machine adopt to the worm gear box (not chain) to guarantee that a more steady and more precision working .the keep the gear box has the oil ,then have a at least 20 years .it is more safety to work ,too.   The surface of rollers are covered by the 0.15 mm chrome plated  .in order to prevent rust between the roller and axel .

Servo track cutting machine . Yaskawa servo motor .more precision to cutting ! It can keep the same speed with the roll forming machine . The screw is 8.8 grade ,China’s standard . Hydraulic station is from Taiwan !Air cooling system : RISEN . Discharge the heat in time only we have ! The pump and solenoid value are used for taiwan yuken , The motor is Taiwan professional Hegu   The bearings is HRB brand .(China top brand)  In the aviation plug ,including many electrical wires  that between the box and the machine.using this ,guarantee the safety and make the machine tidy !
