After buying the products, the clientsjust connect pump station and actuator agency of the host (cylinder or motor)with oil tube, then the hydraulic machinery can achieve the various actions andworking cycle required.

Hydraulic pump station is composed of pumpmachine-pump device, manifold block or valve assembly,oil tube and electrical parts.

Eachpart Function:

Motor-pumpdevice: equipped with motor and oil pump, is thepower source of hydraulic pump station. It converts mechanical power into pressureenergy of the hydraulic oil

Manifoldblock: composed of hydraulic valve and channelbody, regulate the direction, pressure and flow quantity of the hydraulic oil.

Valveassembly: Plate valve installs in the verticalboard, tube connecting in the panel rear, having the same function with Manifoldblock.

Electricalbox: divides into two kinds, one sets terminal board that connects with externalwire lead; another is configured with a full set of control electronics

Hydraulicpump station working principle:

Motor drives pump making rotatory motion; pumpsucks and supplies oil from the tank, making mechanical energy converted intopressure energy of hydraulic oil, manifold block(valve assembly) regulates the direction,pressure, flow quantity of the oil, from external tube, oil is transferred tothe oil cylinder or motor of hydraulic machines, then controlling the direction,strength, speed of the actuator agency, making machine work.

Overhead Vertical type: motor-pump device installs on thetank cover, mainly used in Quantitative pump system

Overhead Horizontal type: motor-pumpdevice installs on the tank cover, mainly used in Variable pump system, easy toregulate flow

Side-mounted type: motor-pump deviceinstalls horizontally beside the oil box, it can equip standby motor-pumpdevice, mainly used in the system that oil volume is over 250 L, electricalmotor capacity exceeds 7.5 KW
