It is speciallydesigned for self-adhesive labels on round glass bottles. 

Stick 2 labels on the round bottle: one the bottlebody front, one on the back, the third one on the bottle neck.

Bottles are conveyed to the machine in equal space andpass the photo-sensor, which send single to the label roller and stick thelabel on the bottle.

Adjust the height and size of the label freely.

Label width50-160mm; label mistake tolerance: height ±5mm, diameter: ±1mm

The quality of thebottle should be consistent with the GB4544, QB2142-95 and QB659’s provisions.

Requirement to thelabel paper:

62g white glassinepaper, high density, good internal strength and light transmission, not easy totear, good die-cutting.

Weight: 62g/m2±5%

Thickness: 55μm±5%
