Alumina Ceramic Liner with Rubber is use of rubber vulcanization process, to embeded the wear- resistant
ceramic vulcanized into rubber, stick it on the inner wall of equipment with the adhesive paste.
It combines wear-resistance of ceramic and impact-resistance of rubber, apply to conveying systems equipment work under normal temperature, and can bear some impact.
Widely used on the chutes, hoppers, ash pipelines and other equipment as wear protection liner in coal fired power plants, iron and steel industry. Liner can be bended, cut to install on all kinds of special-shaped equipment, and fireresisting, weak acid and alkali-resistance.This type is limited to below 100-300°C temperature environments.
