The belt conveyor produced by our company has the strongpoints of large conveying amount, simple structure, easy maintainance, high standardization degree,etc.
Belt conveyor  is widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal and other industries.
The belt conveyor can be used to transfer bulk materials or materials in pieces.

According to different transferring requirements, the transferring system can be of only one belt conveyor or consists of several conveyors, or combined with other transferring equipments.

The belt conveyor can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transferring requirements.

Belt conveyer application:
 
Belt conveyer is widely used in industries of mine, metallurgy and coal to convey bulky materials and finished products. According to different technical requirements, belt conveyor can convey materials singly or coordinately. Working temperature is between -20°Cand +40 °C and the temperature of conveyed material is under 50°C.

 The types of the belt conveyers are as follows:

 1. Devided by Driving Method:

  a. STD-Mechanical Drive

  It's driven by cycloidal pinwheel reducer (with outdoor motor ) and chain-drive mechanism.

  b. STDJ Ⅱ Mechanical Drive Series .

  It adopts upside-down reducer and belt-drive mechanize.

  c. STD-Electric Rotor Drive Series

  It's driven by electric rotor.

 2. Divided by Installation Methods

 a. Fixed Series

  It's directly installed on foundation.

  b. SDY-Portable Series

  It's equipped with type for moving and slope adjusting capability, It can be Easily, it can be reely moved and adjusted by different transfer requirements

  3. Divided by Structures:

  The belt conveyers have three different structures.

  a. U-steel

  b. Frame

  c. Truss

Note: There are two kinds of conveyers, one equipped with repairing walkway while the other without. When ordering the machine, the customers should give us clear instruction.
