--- As important supporting equipment of foaming production,the temperature in the fluidized bed can reach 75℃;After going through the process of filtering,piece breaking and fan transporting in the fluidized bed,the EPS material is more dry and fast moulding to shorten  the maturing process and s the production period;

--- Reasonable shape of cavity makes the EPS particle pass the bed uniformly to realize excellent drying;

--- The EPS particle pre-foamed is dialyzed by the hot air curtain formed by high pressure fan and heat exchanger;

--- The fluidized bed could improve EPS particle`s expansibility,cohesiveness and flexibility in the process of forming to make the EPS product better.
