How to import from the bonded area?

Whether the cargos in the bonded area can be sold to domestic company or not?

A company is a large-scale  international trader of China with a lot of customers in different countries. Considering the fluctuations in price and the sea freight cost, A would like to organize centralized purchase. Therefore, A set up a transit warehouse in the 

bonded area. After delivering all the cargoes into the bonded warehouse, he can then arrange distribution to China or other country acording to the customers' order. 

For A company, he may have some questions like following:

Q1: Should we pay any duties when the cargoes entering the bonded warehoue?

A1: There will be no VAT until you distribute goods into China mainland market.

Q2:Can the domestic companies  import from the bonded warehouse derectly? Do they need to appoint the only agency? And what charges they need to pay?

A: Yes, of course! The Company with power to engage in import and export trade can import from the bonded area, they do not need do appoint any agency.

Q3: If we need to sell the cargoes to  other country, do we need to do  export  customs clearance?

A3:No, you just need to make a declaration to the Customs, then you can transport your cargoes to HK, or to Yantian sea port for shippment.

Q4: What is the transportation operation between the bonded warehouse and destination?

A4: You can arrange the reansportation by your truck, or we can provide distribution services.
