Specification:

1. This vodka filling machine is applied for filling vodka, besides, the drinks also could be beer, wine, etc. It has three function as a unity: rinser, filler and sealer. Most of the machine is made of SUS 304 stainless steel, guarantee it endurable, corrosion-resistance and easy cleaning.

2. The whole process is automatic, time-saving and less labor.

3. It adopts imported key components, like PLC, pressure transmitter, electromagnetic chaos pneumatic servo measurement level, to ensure the stability of liquid surface.

4. It adopts soft backing board unit to ensure a safe and stable automatical filling system. Once no bottle or unqualified bottle builds constant pressure, the valve will close automatically.

5. The part of filling setup has been designed with overload clutch as a protector. It will stop automatically when any accident happens.

6. It adopts accurate high-fluid level control, ensuring filling quality, and uses hermetically pressure filling with function of no foam and not spilling out.

7. It has a stable start-up, operating from low speed to high speed.
